11 months today!

SO this week we were able to get lots of work done, we taught more than we have taught in a while and we even got to get lots of service in. For service we first helped fix the door to and investigators house, we basically took off thier door fram thing (It was a shack house, so it wasnt normal) and we changed it from being fastened by a rope to being fastened by a few nails, so hopefully it stays in place and it works well for her. THen saturday we choped down an investigators tree with machetes and an axe. My companion had never used an axe before, so our investigator Vicente and Elder trujillo handled the two machetes and i took the axe. It was good work and now thier yard looks alot bigger without the trees. Vicente is the husband of Rosio. Speakign of them, we worked pretty hard with them this week. Wednesday we watched the restoration DVD with them. THe whole first half of the DVD i was praying that they would feel the spirit during the movie. Then at the end when we asked them how the liked it and what not, he said he felt something he had never felt before (aka the Holy ghost). He said he felt it pretty srongly, so im gratefull that my prayers were answered on that one! But they ended up not coming to church this week wich was a real big bummer, so hopefully they will come to general conference a little! The people that came to church this week were Tomasa, Anna, and Sergio. Anna and sergio have been real blessing fomr above and hopefully they will be baptized sometime between now and two week sfrom now! Its hard to see anna because she works all day long in the field so normally we can only see her sundays. And sergio is the son of an previouly inactive member, but we have halped her to get re activated and are encouraging her to talk to the branch president to make sure things are al cleared out and she can go back to having a nice and happy life with the companionship of the holy ghost!

Its really taking me some pacience with the way some of our investigators are progressing, but its a good oportunity to learn how i need to improve! Like coach Callison always said, always work to improve haha! Starting with pacience i guess! This last week i read the little book in the missionary library thats a briefe histrory of the church, neat little book, too bad it only took 2 days to read. But it helped strangthen my testimoy of the church and Joseph smith, and im really greatfull for that! But that about the week, im pretty exited for this up and coming Genreal Conference, i cant beleive its alredy time again for this! Hope all is well with everyone else! Take care and i Love you all!
